As an entrepreneurship educator I design and build teams to deliver professional development programmes. My expertise lies in creating mentoring opportunities, which accelerate learning by harnessing my network of established entrepreneurs as mentors. I lead a variety of projects within the commercial business arena, higher education and the third sector to help businesses grow and generate sustainable solutions.
Knowledge is power. It is a crucial resource to design and grow sustainable organisations that are fit to thrive in the 21st century. My work is grounded in recognised frameworks and often involves translating academic knowledge into useful tools and tactics for a wide audience. This includes: Independent Managed Business (IMOB), postgraduate students in higher education, and board members who wish to develop business development strategies and enterprise learning in large organisations.
Business development is a social process. Building business relies heavily on effective leadership and the development of top teams. I encourage our clients to work with a collaborative mindset to extend their resources and support. Creative confidence is at the heart of successful entrepreneurship. Everyone can build innovation capacity and practise it every day to achieve the ‘how to’ of personal, professional and business growth.
With a successful track record both at home and abroad, I have developed and delivered enterprise education to embed best practice from the UK in Europe, the Middle East, and SE Asia. I facilitate both individuals and teams to create ventures that inspire them, providing them with a sustainable income, and ultimately, making a positive impact within their community.
My approach is practical and pragmatic, with the intention of empowering people, so that they can be proactive in co-creating enterprising opportunities and gaining the skills and knowledge needed to take ownership and leading to sustainable growth.
