We have valuable experience in adapting to deliver leadership and management development initiatives during the restrictions imposed by the coronavirus pandemic in 2020/21. We have capacity and the competency to partner remotely and online via our virtual learning platform. Our programme design is based on a hybrid training approach to incorporate both synchronous and asynchronous facilitation, including hosting intensive residential training workshops.
